Yale Door and Window Solutions has fully integrated the Trojan business and its products into its organisation, reinforcing its strategic residential offering in the UK market.
Paul Atkinson, Sales and Commercial Director for Yale Door and Window Solutions, commented “Following acquisition by ASSA ABLOY in 2016, I’m delighted that Trojan Hardware is now fully amalgamated into the Yale business. The combined organisation will allow us to fully realise the strong commercial synergies between the Trojan and Yale business units for the benefit of our customers.
“As a result of the integration, the product offering we can provide is second-to-none. The commercial team now has 285 combined years of industry experience and knowledge, offering unrivalled advice and support to customers along with an experienced Customer Services team, Marketing and Technical support.”
The combined Sales team now includes ten Area Sales Managers covering the whole of the UK, with 2 dedicated Key Account Managers. The restructure has also increased customer services capabilities.
The Trojan acquisition follows a number of successful integrations including Paddock in 2010 and Securistyle 2012. The new unified business will offer fabricators and installers a comprehensive choice of fenestration hardware at various levels of specification to suit all applications, all backed by technical excellence and Yale Guarantees. To further strengthen the unified approach, the dedicated marketing team is expanding to boost the Yale brand and provide customers with support and a suite of marketing content to relate to the trade and consumer.
Paul adds: “The industry emphasis on increased specification, quality, standards and ascetics, is driving innovation, both businesses have a strong track record of innovative product development which will only help to further boost and enhance the Yale offering.”
